No. DisplayGURU runs in the web browser on most smart TVs, and on cheap streaming sticks. If your TV is older, a Fire TV stick or a Raspberry Pi plugged into HDMI does the job.
Screens carry on. Each player keeps a copy of its whole schedule and all its media, and catches up with any changes when it is back online.
Yes. Export as an image or video and upload it. 1920 by 1080 works best for landscape screens and 1080 by 1920 for portrait.
